then the increased of votes for anwar is only : 857-447 = 410

let's say the one who did not turn-up and vote are 'protest voters' from umno/bn;
then anwar's increased/additional votes is lower i.e -177 (410-587)

then who says that anwar has increased his majority in this permatang pauh? it's less actually but the fact is permatang pauh is anwar's fortress and stronghold.... that's why he dares to say that if he put in his songkok and kain pelkat, he'll sure win. with the current sentiment of current economic situation, pl's leadership which is actually under the influence of kj, kamaluddin, kalimullah, 4th floor; any tom, dick and harry will win any by-election.
