PERAK - THE TRUTH!
"Yet again seemingly absolute power has been used by "untouchable" Sivakumar to suspend the secretary of the state legislative assembly under false pretext of not being informed of the impending state legislateive assembly sitting.
This is despite the fact that a meeting was granted by the untouchable speaker for the secretary at 3pm at his official office where the secretary fully brief the untouchable speaker of the assembly sitting that has obtained the conset of DYMM Sultan Perak.
The meeting that took place about 30 minutes further saw the documentary evidence of the Ruler's consent, assurance that all processes and procedures have been adhered to and further the importance that this sitting be done in a dignified and honorable way befitting the institution.
The meeting was cordial and it was adjourned once the objective of the meeting has been properly accomplished. So process was followed, Ruler's consent was obtained, letters sent out, meeting with the untoucable speaker went well and all is well for the sitting to be convened. That was yesterday.
Today, the untouchable speaker (apparently after meeting with Ngeh and Nga), suspended the secretary stating he was not informed or his consent was not obtained for the sitting.
What a blatant lie! He was not informed was a such a blatant lie that even the devil will feel embarassed before when he did the same by lying that Dato' Dr Zambry and his Excos did not provide any explanation before the special hearings.
In the secretary case, he went one step beyond, suspending him without just cause and without even giving him a hearing. Even a murderer caught in action is allowed hearing in the court of law.
Here the untouchable speaker has become the prosecutor, juror and judge. He failed yet again the principles of natural justice (isn't Pakatan and PKR supposedly exist to uphold justice?). Is this how Pakatan Pembangkang will rule? (everything that do is just, and everything that others do not)
Not only that, this untouchable speaker has committed yet again a straight and open defiance of the DYMM Sultan Perak. Despite DYMM Sultan Perak consenting to the sitting, he is challenging the consent.
This untouchable speaker has defiantly committed treachery. This treacherous act must not go unpunished! This lying act cannot go unpunished! This self seeking cannot go unpunished! At the expense of the people and the nation. No, never!
Immediate action has to be taken to put a stop to this circus. The people need to realise this NOW... Full extent of law must be used to stop this nonsense. The untouchable speaker must know he is touchable. he must know he is not above the law.
He must know, he cannot risk the people and the nation's interest for his narrow political aim. he must be removed now before his mischief becomes another painful history for Malaysia. It must be done now to protect the People, The State and the Nation."
