Home minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin slammed allegations of ‘back door’ approvals for citizenship applications.
He added that every application, along with its supporting documents, would be assessed thoroughly by officials before recommended to him for a decision.
Muhyiddin said this when presenting citizenship certificates to 31 recipients in Kuching, Sarawak on Monday.
