Pagi Khamis ramai wartawan dan jurugambar standby di luar pintu utama Dewan Rakyat.Ini setelah tersebar khabar mengenai kemunculan Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Masa sidang Dewan Rakyat selama lapan hari kali ini bermula pada 23 September kelibat Ketua Pembangkang itu tidak kelihatan sejak hari pertama lagi.
Beliau terbang ke luar negara termasuk berada di New York.
Khamis ialah hari akhir sidang Dewan Rakyat.
Apa yang menjadi 'berita' bukan sangat komenter Anwar pasal isu-isu semasa termasuk pindaan Akta Pencegahan Jenayah yang hangat dibahaskan dan diluluskan Rabu malam.
Fokus mereka tentulah pada wajahnya yang 'lain macam' sejak muncul di Mahkamah Rayuan di Putrajaya pada 18 September.
Waktu mukanya kelihatan bengkak jauh berbeza dari biasa.
Kelainan itu mengundang pelbagai cakap-cakap termasuk kata Anwar sudah buat 'makeover' pada wajahnya agar kelihatan lebih muda.

Setelah dua minggu tentu ramai yang hendak tengok kalau-kalau wajah itu sudah kembali normal.
Namun jelas kesan pada perubahan wajahnya masih ada.
Ini yang menjadi bahan gosip hangat dikalangan mereka yang berada di Parlimen Khamis.
Apa yang sudah jadi pada wajahnya?
" Siapa tahu...mungkin dia nak nampak lebih bertenaga siap hadapi PRU14," bisik seorang wartawan secara berjenaka pada rakannya selepas sidang akhbar Anwar di lobi Parlimen.

CEC DAP Re-Election : Proof That DAP Is Patronizing Sabahan Chinese
Even though Barisan Nasional (BN) is always battered for using a racist system through component parties, however this particular system is to ensure everyone will not be left out because they have they can voice out the problems of their race without being discriminated.
DAP on the other hand proudly declare that they are a multiracial party and has been proven not only to left out but also abuse those who are not of Chinese decent in many ways even in the CEC re-election that has been marred by a lot of controversy. What more proof do we need?
In the DAP, not only other races is barred from any chances of getting to the top post, but Sabahan Chinese is being left out and considered as a second class Chinese compared to the peninsular Malaysia Chinese. For example, there is no Sabahan Chinese in the CEC election.
In the same time, the DAP is trying its best to take over Sabah and Sarawak while threatening BN by saying that BN did not serve in the best interest of the Sabahan and Sarawakian. According to Lim Kit Siang, the party will give special attention to the people of Sabah to ensure that the state will be taken away from BN in the next 14th General Election.
Even though they are ambitious to take Sabah, in the CEC election there are no Sabah candidates. As a consolation, DAP appointed a representative from Sabah to act as a committee member to show that the party is fair and just. Dr Edwin Bosi is the only representative from Sabah in the CEC DAP election.
Before this, the DAP is organizing an “adoption” program for targeted areas in Sabah where a group of Parliament Members and State Rep is appointed as supervisors to ensure their victory in the 14th General Election.
It is clear that the DAP is really trying to take over Sabah, however because of their “iron fisted” unwritten poicy, DAP leadership is reluctant in giving any powers to any Sabah representative.
The people of Sabah should realize from what is happening and learn to evaluate their relation with the DAP with and open mind. DAP without even a drop of conscience feels no pity or remorse, refused to change. Even though the CEC election continues with the existence of fraud, manipulation and discrimination, DAP is still continuing their dark legacy since the dawn of Merdeka.
Furthermore, the DAP has the guts to call a Chinese man as a representative of the Malay race.
For the people of Sabah, don’t ever forget that the DAP has already lied and oppress the Malays and Indians of Penang. The DAP discriminate and abuse their own party member who are from the Malay and Indian ethnic group in the DAP CEC election. Plus, the DAP has already abandoned their own Chinese people of Sabah and it is for sure that the DAP has no place for the non-Chinese locals from Sabah.

A NEEDLE CAN SAVE THE LIFE OF A STROKE PATIENT !

Keep a syringe or needlein your home to do this...It's amazing and an unconventional way of recovering from stroke, read it through it can help somebody one day.

You'll never know, ones life may depend on you.
My father was paralysed and later died from the result of a stroke. I wish I knew about thisfirst aid before.
When stroke strikes, the capillaries in the brain will gradually burst.
When a stroke occurs, stay calm.
No matter where the victim is, do not move him/ her. Because, if moved, the capillaries will burst.
Help the victim to sit up where he/she is to prevent him/her from falling over again andthen the blood letting can begin.
If you have in your home an injection syringe that would be the best.
Otherwise, a sewing needle or a straight pin will do.
1. Place the needle/pin over fire to sterilize it and then use it to prick the tip of all ......10 fingers.
2. There are no specific acupuncture points, just prick about an mm from the fingernail.
3. Prick till blood comes out.
4. If blood does not start to drip, then squeeze with your fingers.
5. When all 10 digits is bleeding, wait a few minutes then the victim will regain consciousness.
6. If the victim's mouth is crooked, then pull on his ears until they are red.
7. Then prick each earlobe twice until two drops of blood comes from each earlobe.
After a few minutes the victim should regain consciousness.
Wait till the victim regains his normal state without any abnormal symptoms then take him to the hospital.
Otherwise, if he was taken in the ambulance in a hurry to the hospital, the bumpy trip will cause all the capillaries in his brain to burst.
If he could save his life, barely managing to walk, then it is by the grace of his ancestors.
I learned about letting blood to save life from Chinese traditional doctor, Ha Bu Ting, who lives in Sun Juke.
Furthermore, I had practical experience with it. Therefore, I can say this method is 100% effective.
In 1979, I was teaching in Fung Gaap College in Tai Chung.
One afternoon, I was teaching a class when another teacher came running to my classroom and said in panting, 'Ms Liu, come quick, our supervisor has had a stroke !'. I immediately went to the 3rd floor.
When I saw our supervisor, Mr. Chen Fu Tien, his colour was off, his speech was slurred , hismouth was crooked - all the symptoms of a stroke.
I immediately asked one of the practicum students to go to the pharmacy outside the school to buy a syringe, which I used to prick Mr. Chen's 10 fingers tips.
When all 10 fingers were bleeding (each with a pea-sized drop of blood), after a few minutes, Mr. Chen's face regained its colour and his eyes' spirit returned.
But his mouth was still crooked. So I pulled on his ears to fill them with blood.
When his ears became red, I pricked his right earlobe twice to let out two drops of blood.
When both earlobes had two drops of blood each, a miracle happened.
Within 3-5 minutes the shape of his mouth returned to normal and his speech became clear.
We let him rest for a while and have a cup of hot tea , then we helped him go down the stairs, drove him to Wei Wah Hospital.
He rested one night and was released the next day to return to school to teach. Everything worked normally.
There were no ill after effects.
On the other hand, the usual stroke victim usually suffers irreparable bursting of the brain capillaries on the way to the hospital. As a result, these victims never recover'.
Therefore, stroke is the second cause of death.
The lucky ones will stay alive but can remain paralysed for life.
It is such a horrible thing to happen in ones life.
If we can all remember this blood letting method and start the life saving process immediately, in a short time, the victim will be revived and regain 100% normality.

AIDCNews – 04/10/13 – DAP yang sebelum ini menjunjung konsep ‘undi popular’ didesak mengotakan janjinya apabila populariti anak beranak, Lim Kit Siang dan Lim Guan Eng mengalami kemerosotan undi pada pemilihan semula Jawatankuasa Eksekutif Pusat (CEC) DAP pada 29 September.
Major Huan Cheng Guan, Presiden Pasukan SEMUT Malaysia berkata kedua-dua bapa dan anak perlu mendengar mesej yang dihantar oleh perwakilan supaya memberi laluan kepada pemimpin lain yang lebih berkemampuan untuk mentadbir DAP.
Menurutnya, Guan Eng yang asalnya mendapat tempat ke-2 dalam senarai 20 CEC pada Disember tahun lepas telah merosot ke tangga ke-5 dalam undian terbaru.
“Setiausaha Agung parti, Guan Eng mendapat undi 1,304 undi kali ini berbanding 1,576 undi yang diperolehi tahun lepas dan mengalami penurunan sebanyak 17.2 % atau 272 undi,”katanya.
Manakala bapanya, Kit Siang mendapat 1,436 undi, menurun sebanyak 171 undi atau 10.64 % daripada 1,607 undi yang diperolehi pada Disember 2012.
“Kedua-dua bapa dan anak mengalami penurunan populariti undi di kalangan CEC 20. Perwakilan telah menghantar satu mesej yang jelas, iaitu rasa tidak puas hati kepada mereka . Keluarga Lim jelas telah hilang populariti di kalangan ahli-ahli DAP.
“Mereka perlu menjadi contoh mengikut standard yang sama sepertimana yang mereka tetapkan terhadap BN. Mereka harus berundur segera dan membuka jalan bagi pemimpin baru untuk mengambil alih parti, “katanya.

1. Attempts to declare Chin Peng a patriot, nationalist and freedom fighter reflect how far derailed some Malaysians are from what the Communist Party of Malaya represented and what was its real objective.
2. Firstly, it must be pointed out that the CPM continued with their insurgency long after Malaya and then Malaysia had gained independence in 1957.
3. In their fight against the Government of independent Malaysia, the CPM killed civilians andsecurity personnel by the thousands without considering their role as defenders of independence or their innocence. Senior police officers were assassinated and police patrols were ambushed and gunned down.
4. Nationals of an independent country do not kill fellow nationals who were only doing their duty to provide security for the citizens who wanted just to earn a living, who wanted to live anormal life. Yet the CPM ignored the independence of the nation, the democratic rights of the people in its single-minded desire to create a Communist dictatorship in Malaysia. The CPM were prepared to use extreme violence so as to install its leader Chin Peng, as the authoritarian ruler of the country.
5. To make it more horrendous, much of the atrocities and mutilations committed by Chin Peng and the CPM are not only on soldiers but many civilians were their victims.
6. Government records show that the CPM in a classic move infiltrated the trade unions and political parties so as to destabilise the nation and bring down its elected Government.
7. In the 1969 General Elections, the CPM defied the Government by holding a funeral procession to arouse hatred against the Alliance party. This contributed to the inter-racial tension and the subsequent riots.
8. Until the Haadyai agreement of 1990 the CPM guerrillas planted booby traps which caused many policemen and soldiers to lose their legs, arms and eyesight. Many were killed.
9. The agreement was to stop to the mindless killings of members of the security forces even though there was no possibility for the CPM to seize power in Malaysia. The agreement provided for the laying down of arms by the CPM insurgents. Many of the insurgents chose to live in Thailand. A few who wanted to visit relatives in Malaysia were allowed to do so. Those who pleaded that they were forced or were mislead into joining the CPM and wished to reside in the country were allowed to do so. The agreement was a practical solution to the problems faced by the nation and it was a solution also for the CPM which had lost all support in Malaysia following the Government campaign to win the hearts and minds of the people.
10. The CPM would not have entered into the agreement if it still had substantial support of Malaysians. It must be admitted that certain extremist groups in the country still harbour the hope of a CPM-ruled Malaysia. Besides, after the visit of Tun Razak to China in 1974, the Chinese Government stopped supporting the CPM. It stopped radio broadcasts in support of the CPM that year. The nation celebrated this stoppage of China’s support for the CPM by giving the BN party a big majority in the 1974 elections.
11. All these point towards the fact that from the very start the war waged by Chin Peng and the CPM was with the objective of turning Malaya into a dictatorship with the CPM leader as the dictator. There was no intention to give the people the right to choose their Government. The CPM wanted to change British Colonial rule with a Communist dictatorship, not an independent nation.
12. It is important to remember that Chin Peng never made any effort to register as a Malaysian citizen. He has therefore forfeited all rights as a Malaysian citizen. But it is entirely possible for his leftist supporters to try and rally around his burial place as a symbol for the resurgence of the MCP in Malaysia. Already race relations in Malaysia has deteriorated. With Chin Peng as a symbol it is most likely that race relations might explode in violence.
13. The Government is right in not allowing the burial of Chin Peng in Malaysia or bringing his ashes back.

The DAP party is being watched with prejudice by all Malaysian as the new CEC election comes to an end. Before this, the DAP decision to abide by the rules that has been said by the ROS and to hold another re-election has been received badly by their members and also political spectators from outside the party.
Frankly speaking, no one will trust DAP is able to organize a fair and just election for all. All those who are waiting and guessing on how a DAP leader will manipulate the votes this time in ensuring they will gain the upper hand again.
Finally, we will know their strategy as it is the same as before. They will ensure that not many will attend the meetings.
If the meeting before this saw 753 delegates did not attend because they did not receive the notice of meeting, now we are looking at a higher number of absentees in the amount of 845 delegates. This cannot be ensure that 753 delegates that has been left out before this did not attend the meeting at all. If that is so, then it is a very peculiar site for the ever racist DAP party.
For what the 753 delegates made a report to the ROS because they did not receive the notice in the last election, refuse to come to the re-election?
A lot of question and theory has been made by everyone because of these abnormalities. Some are accusing the DAP for tactics and some are accusing them for playing moneypolitics with the delegates. As we all know, DAP is famous for their gang like attitude and practising corruption in their party.
Not only 845 from the 2576 delegates that are lost, but 17 out of 63 candidates withdraw at the last moment. Both of this amount each representing almost 1/3 from the total members who are eligible to vote and becomes a member.
1/3 is not a small amount. For a small party if compared to UMNO, it is actually a significant number. With only 2000 delegates, DAP must seek the attendance for at least 90% of its delegates. Much more with the fact that DAP is holding this election in the shadow of the last controversial party election.
Moreover with a lot of money they held the meeting in a five star hotel, isn’t it better for them to sponsor their own delegates to attend the election?
Whatever is the reason DAP seems to have lost its credibility. DAP leaders have no value anymore. They are not eligible to say anything about morality or integrity.
The only way for the DAP to replenished their reputation is to revamp their system and oust their main leader who became the playmaker to manipulate votes and implement dirty strategy to win any election must be kicked out.
However, we still have doubt against the DAP even though they say that they are particular about Clean election The Chinese do not care of the dirty things, this includes in politics,business, their house or even food.
If this is untrue, why Janice Lee who was furiously attacking the DAP before this and were sacked. Suddenly why is she smiling while casting their votes in the CEC? Even though she know that the DAP is dirty she still joins in with them . - Beruang Biru

Kerajaan negeri gagal menaikkan kadar minimum RM100 kepada penerima bantuan Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM) walaupun sudah diluluskan dalam mesyuarat exco pada 2010.
Pengerusi Kelab Warisan Malaysia cawangan Pulau Pinang, Ahmad Lutfi Ibrahim berkata, 1,762 penerima layak mendapat bantuan itu tetapi 1,054 orang belum mendapatnya.
Beliau berkata, mereka kini masih menerima bantuan antara RM70 hingga RM90 sebulan menyebabkan peruntukan RM291,130 tidak dapat diagihkan dari 2010 hingga Julai 2012.
"Kenapa kerajaan negeri masih menggunakan kadar lama. Walaupun kenaikan hanya RM30 tetapi ia begitu besar kepada orang miskin dan boleh digunakan membeli 10 kilogram beras," katanya ketika dihubungi Sinar Harian hari ini.
Beliau diminta mengulas Laporan Ketua Audit Negara 2012 yang menegur kerajaan PulauPinang kerana gagal menaikkan kadar bantuan sejak tiga tahun lalu walaupun diluluskan exco.
Selain itu, menurutnya, sehingga kini seramai 2,866 penduduk miskin tegar masih menerima bantuan dari kerajaan negeri dengan peruntukan RM12.23 juta dalam tempoh berkenaan.
"Jadi bagaimana kerajaan negeri boleh mendakwa Pulau Pinang sudah mencapai sifar miskin tegar sedangkan masih ramai penduduk yang berada dalam kategori itu.
"Mereka belum berdikari dan masih bergantung kepada bantuan kerajaan untuk menjalani kehidupan seharian," katanya.- SINAR HARIAN-

Calon Barisan Nasional (BN) bagi kerusi Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Klias pada Pilihan Raya Umum ke-13 memberitahu, Mahkamah Pilihan Raya di sini hari ini bahawa beliau mungkin menang jika PKR tidak mengamalkan rasuah untuk meraih lebih banyak undi.
Isnin Aliasnih berkata, calon PKR, Datuk Seri Lajim Ukin menang dengan majoriti hanya 179 undi disebabkan wang yang dijanjikannya jika 12,722 pengundi berdaftar DUN Klias mengundi Lajim pada pilihan raya umum 5 Mei lepas.
Isnin memberitahu Hakim Pilihan Raya Datuk Yew Jen Kie bahawa beliau dimaklumkan oleh pengundi berdaftar di kawasan pilihan raya itu bahawa PKR mengagihkan sampul masing-masing berisi wang tunai RM50 dan kupon yang boleh ditebus untuk mendapatkan wang tunai RM100 setiap kupon jika Lajim menang.
Beliau menyimpulkan bahawa pengagihan sampul itu merupakan modus operandi Lajim untuk meraih undi agar beliau memenangi pilihan raya itu.
Beliau berkata kupon itu, yang memaparkan logo PKR dan nama Lajim, yang turut bertanding bagi kerusi Parlimen Beaufort, serta nama calon PKR bagi kerusi DUN Kuala Penyu Datuk John Ghani, tidak menyatakan nama dan alamat pencetak serta penerbit, yang menyalahi Seksyen 11(1)© Akta Kesalahan Pilihan Raya 1954.

Kerajaan tidak akan memperjudi keselamatan dan ketenteraman awam semata-mata kerana terdapat penolakan terhadap peruntukan penahanan pencegahan tanpa bicara yang dilihat sebagai melanggar hak asasi manusia.
Menteri Dalam Negeri Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi berkata penahanan tanpa bicara mempunyai kelebihan dalam aspek tindakan pencegahan ke atas jenayah terancang dan jenayah berat, termasuk memberi perlindungan kepada saksi yang takut untuk tampil memberi keterangan di mahkamah.
"Terdapat banyak kes di mana saksi bagi kes-kes jenayah terancang dan jenayah berat sebelum ini, telah dibunuh, diugut dan sebagainya yang menyebabkan mereka takut untuk memberi keterangan," katanya ketika membentangkan Rang Undang-undang Pencegahan Jenayah (Pindaan dan Pemerluasan) 2013 untuk bacaan kali kedua dalam persidangan Dewan Rakyat, Selasa.Ahmad Zahid berkata walaupun terdapat pihak tertentu yang mempunyai kepentingan peribadi akan menentang dan mengutuk tindakan kerajaan untuk memperkenalkan semula peruntukan tersebut sebagai tidak berperikemanusiaan dan sebagainya, ia masih diperlukan demi kepentingan dan keselamatan rakyat.
Katanya, antara kekangan utama dalam proses siasatan kes-kes jenayah terancang dan jenayah berat ialah ketiadaan pentahkikan bagi mengukuhkan keterangan yang merupakan cabaran terbesar untuk memerangi jenayah terancang dan jenayah berat.
"Kegagalan menemui barang kes seperti senjata yang digunakan akan menyebabkan kes tersebut tidak boleh dibawa ke mahkamah walaupun pengakuan suspek berjaya direkodkan oleh polis," katanya.
Ahmad Zahid berkata dengan kemajuan teknologi maklumat dan komunikasi pada masa ini, penambahbaikan Akta Pencegahan Jenayah 1959, termasuk peruntukan penahanan pencegahan sangat diperlukan untuk mengekang secara berkesan tindak-tanduk penjenayah yang berada dalam tahanan serta meningkatkan kapasiti pengawasan polis.
"Ini penting kerana dengan bantuan peralatan komunikasi yang canggih, penjenayah khususnya dalang kongsi gelap yang dikenakan perintah pengawasan atau tahanan pencegahan masih mampu meneruskan kegiatan jenayah melalui arahan yang boleh diberikan dengan mudah kepada ahli kumpulan masing-masing, misalnya memberi amaran atau mencederakan saksi," katanya.
Beliau berkata pembentangan rang undang-undang itu juga untuk memperkasakan Akta Pencegahan Jenayah 1959 yang sudah lapuk dan tidak relevan lagi dengan keadaan semasa dan arus teknologi yang berkembang pada masa ini.
Ahmad Zahid juga berkata pindaan dibuat untuk memastikan pihak polis boleh mengambil tindakan secara lebih efektif terhadap penjenayah seterusnya membendung aktiviti jenayah daripada terus meningkat.
Katanya, tanpa undang-undang yang efektif, kegiatan jenayah berat dan jenayah terancang tidak dapat dibendung dengan berkesan dan seterusnya akan menjadi ancaman kepada keselamatan negara.
Dari aspek sosial, selain peningkatan kadar jenayah, golongan pelajar juga akan menjadi sasaran ahli-ahli kongsi gelap sedia ada untuk merekrut anggota baharu bagi menyertai kumpulan mereka, menurut Ahmad Zahid.
"Sekiranya enggan, mereka tanpa belas kasihan akan terus mengancam pelajar-pelajar ini sehingga sanggup mencederakan sesiapa sahaja yang tidak mengikut kemahuan mereka," tambahnya.
Beliau berkata selain menyebabkan para pelajar takut sehingga menjejaskan pelajaran mereka, kegiatan seperti penyalahgunaan dadah, perjudian, maksiat dan pergaduhan di tempat awam akan turut meningkat.
Ahmad Zahid berkata dari sudut ekonomi, kumpulan kongsi gelap yang bermaharajalela akan menjejaskan keyakinan pelabur asing dan pelabur tempatan, termasuk peniaga yang bimbang untuk menjalankan perniagaan mereka kerana dipaksa membayar wang perlindungan kepada kumpulan kongsi gelap.
"Kadar jenayah berat yang tinggi juga akan menyebabkan pelancong berasa tidak selamat dan tidak memilih untuk melancong ke negara ini. Akhirnya, pembangunan ekonomi akan terencat dan seterusnya menjatuhkan nilai mata wang negara," katanya.
Ahmad Zahid berkata dari sudut politik pula, terdapat kemungkinan kumpulan jenayah terancang mempengaruhi ahli-ahli politik dan pegawai-pegawai kanan kerajaan supaya melindungi kegiatan mereka yang akan menyebabkan institusi kerajaan hilang kewibawaan seterusnya menyebabkan kerugian yang besar kepada negara.
Beliau juga berkata sejak kebelakangan ini, kadar peratusan jenayah berat dan jenayah terancang daripada keseluruhan peratusan indeks jenayah telah meningkat, dan ini telah meningkatkan kebimbangan rakyat berhubung tahap keselamatan mereka.
Katanya, ini termasuk keseriusan kes-kes jenayah yang berlaku seperti yang dilaporkan dalam media massa antaranya penggunaan senjata api yang berleluasa, kejadian pembunuhan menggunakan senjata api dan pergaduhan ahli-ahli kumpulan kongsi gelap sesama mereka untuk merebut kawasan.
"Kerajaan peka akan kebimbangan yang dirasai rakyat dan bagi meredakan kebimbangan itu, terdapat keperluan untuk kerajaan menimbang dan mengkaji semula usaha-usaha menangani jenayah, terutama jenayah berat dan jenayah terancang, termasuk mengkaji undang-undang sedia ada," katanya

Projek tebatan banjir Sungai Golok, Rantau Panjang yang melibatkan kos RM1.4 bilion dijangka bermula pada 2015 dan siap 2019.
Timbalan Menteri Sumber Asli dan Alam Sekitar, Datuk Dr. James Dawos Mamit berkata, projek di Kelantan itu melibatkan kawasan dari Sungai Lanas di Jajahan Jeli sehingga Muara Sungai Golok di Pengkalan Kubu Tumpat.
Projek Rancangan Tebatan Banjir Sungai Golok bertujuan mengurangkan masalah banjir di sempadan Thailand dan Malaysia, terutama kawasan Pekan Rantau Panjang.
Katanya kajian mengenai projek itu dibuat sejak 2010 oleh Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran Malaysia dengan teliti.
"Kajian ini penting kerana tanah di sebelah negara kita agak rendah berbanding Thailand, jadi perancangan rapi perlu supaya projek ini akan berkesan,” katanya menjawab soalan tambahan Siti Zailah Mohd Yusoff (Pas-Rantau Panjang) pada sesi soal jawab Dewan Rakyat di Parlimen di sini hari ini.
